Chinese Gongfu style tea requires pouring away the water used to warm the teapot, tea brewer and cups, and the first rinse of the leaves is also discarded. The special bamboo tray is compressed with 9 layers of high grade bamboo sticks, excellent quality, no leakage guaranteed.

Dragon Tea House uses China Post as our primary carrier. Upon receiving payment we ship in 3 business day via China Post worldwide. Shipping fee determined upon order sub-total.

Shipping rates are based solely upon the actual weight of the item and packing (box, foam wrap, etc.). Our shipping charges include packaging, handling, shipping and insurance. According the policy of China Post, we have to arrange shipping as registered SAL/air/EMS parcels. This will take up to 35 days (Usually much quicker), depending on different shipping methods and your distance from China.

Please note that we only ship one order per shipping address; meaning we cannot divide orders to be shipped to separate addresses for only one shipping fee or free shipping.
Combined Shipping
Upon ordering same multiple items from our store, a discounted shipping rate will be added automatically by Ebay system. To take advantage of the combined shipping rate, you must pay for all of the items at one time after they have been combined on one invoice. This will happen automatically for same items. If you have won multiple different items and they are not combined on one invoice, please contact us.

International Shipping
We currently ship worldwide. The shipping and handling rate, above, is the base rate for this item to the United States/Canada and the United Kingdom/Germany/France/Italy, respectively, only. The rate will differ for other countries. Contact us for an estimate.
Standard Flat Rate Shipping
Sent via SAL. Tracking are not available for these orders. Please note delivery time is an approximation and may vary depending on location and customs regulations.
Expedited Shipping
10 days shipping via air options are available. Prices are dependent upon order weight and destination. Please contact us for a shipping quote. (Please note that expedited shipping is not available on wholesale or bulk orders.)
Tracking Numbers
The majority of orders shipped by Dragon Tea House are sent via SAL with a delivery confirmation number. This number only details the shipping date and delivery date after it has occurred; it is not a real-time tracking number. Only orders that have been shipped via EMS  means receive a tracking number which will be sent to the customer.
Customs
Customers may be subject to import duties and taxes. We will, however, only charge you for the purchase price, shipping and handling for your item(s). Any additional charges incurred at customs clearance must be paid for by you.
Shipping Damages & Loss
Orders over 100 are insured which protects against shipping damage and loss by the carrier. Customers are given the option to receive an exact item or refund. Inspect all orders immediately upon arrival. Within 72 hours of receipt, report any damages to us. If it has been over 40 days since your order date and it has not been received, contact Dragon Tea House to investigate the location of your order. While we will work quickly to locate, send another one or refund your purchase, please allow up to 15 days for resolution. For non-insured orders , we can provide you with proof of shipping and the delivery confirmation number to contact your local post office, as well as help with an investigation.

We guarantee everything we sell as described if any of our tea were misrepresented by us we will refund 100% of your payment. If you are not satisfied with any product that you bought from us, you can return it within three business days in original condition for the full refund excluding shipping. BID WITH CONFIDENCE.
Return Policy

Return/Exchange unwanted products within 3 days of receipt. Shipping will not be refunded for returns on unwanted items and exchanged products may be charged a shipping fee. We do not accept returns on any used products . Items must be returned in original packaging and in resale condition.

Dragon Tea House will send another one (with like product) or refund any defective product within 30 days of customer receipt. Shipping will be reimbursed for the return and change of defective items. No refunds are made for sentimental losses or for any expenses incurred as a result of the loss.
Return Procedure
- All returns must have a Return Authorization to be accepted and processed. If you need to return or exchange products for any reason please contact Dragon Tea House. State the order number, product, and reason for the return. We cannot be responsible for items shipped back to Dragon Tea House without pre-approval.
- You will receive confirmation when your return is received and processed. To file a claim send us a picture of the damaged item, with the original packaging, via e-mail within 3 days of the receipt of your item.
- Returned items must be received and inspected by Dragon Tea House prior to reimbursement or shipping the same items.
- Credits/refunds will be issued in the manner in which they are paid. Regardless of the reason of return (unwanted item or defective/damaged item) please allow 15 days for return processing and refund.

Bulk Item/Large Quantity Purchases
Dragon Tea House offers a special discount to anyone who would like to purchase our products in bulk quantity. The % discount depends on the amount of items purchased and is applied to the regular retail price. Free shipping may or may not apply to these orders. Please contact us with any large item purchase inquiries to receive an order quote, discount and a current inventory evaluation. When the order has been agreed upon an invoice will be sent. Orders are processed when payment is received.
Product Availability & Backorders
Dragon Tea House offers a variety of brands and products that are usually in stock and our inventory is replenished each week. Rarely an item may be on temporary or extended backorder from the manufacturer. We make every effort to list on the product page any backorder information that is available. Once you have made your purchase, if an item is out of stock we will contact you immediately. You will be notified if the item is anticipated to take longer than two weeks to be received. You have the option to cancel the backordered items (regardless of wait time) and receive a refund.
