Up for auction is a fabulous Gourmet Gifts Selection Capodimonte Made in Italy Monk Ekkehard large figurine/statue. This wonderful Capodimonte figurine/statue was purchased from an estate in Brentwood. Monk Ekkehard has a rich sable colored robe on with a white sash. His hands and feet show intricate detail. In his left hand he is holding a bunch of rich purple grapes. His face shows that he is not a young man however he is not old either. He has soulfull blue eyes. The approx. size is : 12 1/2" tall and the width is approx. 3 3/4" inches. On the underside it is stamped: GOURMENT GIFTS SELECTION CAPODIMONTE MADE IN ITALY. 83'. The overall condition is EXCELLENT. This is a unique and elegant gift item for the holidays for someone that collects religious figurines,or Capodimonte Collector, or fine art collector.
