Stickley era Mission Oak Chair - Limbert/Lifetime?
Please take a look at this beautiful Stickley era Mission Oak 4-slat back Chair that is in fantastic condition. This gorgeous chair came from a local estate sale and is in great shape. It has all the features of a Stickley or Limbert with the following details:
+ All solid tiger stripe oak construction
+ Pinned and doweled at the corners
+ Through posts and corbels at the arms
+ Hip rails along the sides of the seat cushion
+ Beveled corners on the front of the arms (similar to early LJG Stickley)
The finish is a wonderful warm brown with red undertones that is just fabulous to the touch. No overcoats or shiny topcoats here.
The condition is EXCELLENT! Solid and tight. Very sharp and crisp edges make this near perfect. No gouges, dings, or chips.
The size is Large (but not too big) at 28" wide by 26" deep by 40" tall, with a deeep seat size of 21" by 20" wide.
