Return Policy 
 
All items are sold as-is. We do our best to present accurate, detailed information about every item we sell. If you have any questions, please email us before placing your bid.  If you do not agree with any of our terms we ask that you email us with your questions before bidding. .

• We accept returns only if the item was not as described in the auction. We reserve the right to determine whether it was described accurately or not.
• YOU MUST RECEIVE A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION BY US PRIOR TO RETURNING ANY ITEMS. 
• Item must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt; buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and insurance.
• DOA/defective items will be replaced with an identical item upon return of the defective item. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund minus shipping charges
• Regardless of the issue, shipping, handling and insurance charges are non-refundable.  The only exception to this policy is if we have incorrectly sent you the wrong item, which we will pay for the return shipping charges.
• All returned merchandise must include all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, and all accessories.   If items are missing, we retain the right to deduct the cost of those items from the refund.
• Please allow 5 to 15 business days after we receive the item to process your return.
• By bidding on this auction, bidders accept these terms and conditions.
