Business hours: Our business hours are Tuesday through Friday from 9am - 12:30pm and 1pm - 5pm EST and Saturday from 7am - 12:30pm and 1pm - 4pm EST. We are closed Sunday and Monday.
Local Pickups: Items must be picked up within 14 days of the item closing. Because we have all items in storage, we need 48 hours notice (24 hours for New Orleans) before picking items up. Please bring sufficient help in order to load your purchase onto your vehicle.
Combined shipping is available for multiple auctions when the items are at the same location. This almost always ensures some level of discount, but the discount varies depending on the items and the shipping method(s) used. Items may be combined for up to 14 days, but payment is still required for each item within 7 days of the auction's close, and all items and shipping must be paid within the 14 days.
Shipping Insurance is available through DSI Insurance. The winning bidder can choose not to have insurance, but otherwise there will be a nominal charge on the invoice for shipping insurance which is based on the final sales price of the item.
Payment: Options include PayPal, Money Order, or Cashier's checks. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. Payments are due within 7 days of receiving the invoice. If you are mailing payment it is your responsibility to ensure that it arrives within the given time. If payment is not made within this time, you forfeit all rights to the item.
Item condition: We have made every effort to picture and/or describe any flaws in each piece beyond normal signs of wear associated with a vintage or antique item. It is the bidder's responsibility to read and understand the condition. If anything is unclear, please ask prior to placing a bid.
After the auction: When the auction has closed, please contact us with your best contact phone number(s) and confirm the shipping address. If there is any question of how the item should be shipped, then please contact us with any specific requests, or we will contact you with the final invoice including intended shipping method. As soon as the invoice is sent, payment must be received within 7 days or the item will be relisted. If you have special requests concerning shipping, pick-up, multiple item purchases, or anything else that is not clear or already stated, then it is the bidder's responsibility to contact us with or for any additional information.
