This rocking chair has probably rocked around the world - - - I rocked my own children to sleep - they are 38 and 36 now - and I have rocked my grandchildren to sleep in it also. Hate to part with it, but the kids don't want it and I am clearing out a lot of stuff. It is a good strong and sturdy chair and it looks great!! They don't make chairs like this anymore unless you pay a lot of money for them.
