OK, this auction is for a 7G605 grill cloth, Bomber OR Sailboat – your choice! We spent $8000 on a computer controlled embroidery machine, and we have reproduced the 7G605 Bomber and sail boat radios’ grill cloth exactly! Yes, we are CRAZY! Well we can restore everything else on these sets so we HAD to do the grill cloths and it was the only way. Yup, we found the exact material and embroidered the original design, and WHEW! It is pretty! After 30 years of looking at these radios with faded grill cloths, yellowed stitching, snags, etc, it is amazing to see a brand new old one! Looks exactly as it should but as new. These also fit the 6G601ML AM Zenith TransOceanic Companion radios, which have a wider grill opening. The pictures show the grill cloth well and accurately. Actually, the they look way better than the pictures, we handled the ones in the pictures too much and I see oil or shading, the one we ship will be perfect, no fingerprints.
