GREAT VINTAGE ARTS AND CRAFTS SIGNED ROYCROFT HAMMERED COPPER VASE
* DESCRIPTION: Here is a fabulous vintage signed Roycroft hammered copper vase. First off, my pictures do not do this piece justice. This vase has a wonderful original dark copper patina. It is just beautiful. At its widest point downward still retains somewhat of a shine as well as the middle part of the upper neck. The main body of the vase is a little duller, as it should be where hands have handled it over time.
There is a small patch approx. ½”of oxidation on one side of the vase as pictured. This can probably be cleaned but I’ll leave that up to the experts. I did not want to risk hurting its patina. Otherwise all else is fine. It is clearly signed on the bottom as pictured and actually the color of this picture is more true to the vases actual color.
This vase is truly a work of art and if you are in the market for a vintage Roycroft vase, you will not be disappointed. Just a really great example and one that would make a fine addition to any collection. Please e-mail with any questions. Thanks!
