Description

Fabulous Pair Mid Century Modern Lounge Chairs in the Haines/ Mont Style, having sculpted tightback upholstery over hardwwod frames and tapered legs. Very structurally sturdy and exhibiting ordinary signs of wear associated with well kept furniture, though these would be fabulous if updated in a new fabric whihc you can buy for a song on eBay. See the photo of a trellised cut velvet & linen I bought 9 yards of for $80 on eBay recently for one of my projects - it's $170 a yard fabric which is going to make a set of vintage chairs I own look like they cost a fortune. This is the way to go folks - and upholstery labor is very affordable so save yourself a fortune and upholster to suit your own style & decor!

Measures: 30 3/4" high, 30" deep,27 1/4" wide, 22 1/2" arm, 17 1/2" seat

Condition Report: In very good vintage condition showing ordinary and basic wear commensurate with age and use, i.e. , finish losses to legs, tired fabric in decent condition, very faded, (see are where arm rest covers once were) but not ripped or frayed. I recommend reupholstery, a cleaning at the very least. They are after all, some 60 years old.

Condition Disclosure: All our items are vintage/antiques and/or are used. Most have had decades of use. A buyer of vintage objects should assume a baseline of wear. We do not disclose every minute sign of use on our items new or old as it would be impossible to do so. You should assume these are present unless we specify otherwise here at the beginning of the condition report. Please review the pictures as they should be considered part of the description. Return Policy: As most of our items are vintage, used, and large, we do not accept returns and all sales are final, no exceptions. We do not provide refunds. Once your item leaves our warehouse, it is no longer our responsibility, and any damage during shipping must be handled by making a claim through the shipper. We will of course provide an invoice or bill of sale, etc, that may be needed for you to file your claim.

Payment

Payment is due immediately when buying through the Buy it Now or Best Offer formats. Winning bidders of online auctions must pay within 24 hours of the auction's close. I reserve the right to sell or relist items not paid for within the time specified herein.

SHIPPING GUIDELINES/POLICIES:

1.) We are unable to provide crating service for pallet shippers or boxing service, unless we are sending the item out Greyhound and are handling the shipping ourselves.

Although we provide a list of shippers above as a courtesy for your convenience and will assist in getting quotes and arranging pick up of your items, please note that the shipper is a third party and your contract is between you and the shipper. All payment for shipping is a separate contract between you and the shipper.

3.) Damage Claims: Knock on wood we have had almost zero issues with damage during transit: That said, on the rare occasion that life interferes and something happens, all issues that may arise after your item has left our warehouse must be dealt with directly through the shipper. Shippers are responsible for insuring your items and/or satisfying claims for damage or loss. This includes items shipped through UPS, Fedex, USPS, or any other carrier.

Terms of Sale
