All original C.F. Martin advertising banner, circa 1920-1930, 16 inch X 20 inch, fabric-backed black velveteen with raised silver letters and art deco applied border that seem to be made of tiny silver bits and glue. The perfect addition to your C.F. Martin collection--no repairs, has original rod with silver-painted decorative wooden finials and original hanging cord. The small fabric label on back identifies the maker as "Bradford & Co., St. Joseph, Mich."
I've owned this wonderful banner for 30+ years. It's been hanging out of the sunlight in my smoke-free house. I'm downsizing my collection and will be offering other great early fretted instrument-related ephemera.
Please check my other eBay listings that include a rare early Gibson banner also produced by Bradford.
